Turkey, Ukraine close to signing free trade agreement

Turkey has signed a free trade agreement with 20 countries. The agreement with Ukraine may be signed soon, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has said.
Negotiations on FTA are being held with another 17 countries, including Ecuador, Ukraine, Japan, Thailand and Indonesia, Anadolu Agency reported.
“In particular, talks with Ukraine are at the final stage. A free trade agreement with Ukraine may be signed soon. FTA with Japan will be signed in June,” Cavusoglu said.
