Small privatization already brings almost UAH 700 mln to state budget

The Economic Development and Trade Ministry wrote this on Twitter.

"Small-scale privatization has already brought almost UAH 700 million to the state budget. We are very happy that we have a high demand for most facilities, an average of 2.86 auction offers. Due to transparent competition, prices for lots are growing by 80% and more," reads the report.

As Ukrinform reported, according to the Law of Ukraine "On Privatization of State and Municipal Property," which entered into force in March, privatization took place through the electronic procurement system ProZorro.Sale. This concerns the assets of state and municipal property worth up to UAH 250 million. Small-scale privatization facilities are put for auctions by the State Property Fund of Ukraine and local authorities.
