Average salary in Ukraine expected to exceed UAH 10,000 this year

In 2019, the average salary in Ukraine is expected to be about UAH 10,500.
"The average salary is expected to be about UAH 10,500, but I am convinced that this figure will be higher," Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman announced, the Government portal reports.
As noted, there is one landmark in the issue of labor remuneration: to create such conditions that Ukrainians would return home and work in their own country. "I wish Ukrainians could work in Ukraine and receive a decent salary. We will reach the goal of high salary for Ukrainians," Groysman said.
For 11 months of 2018, the average salary in Ukraine exceeded UAH 9,000, having grown by more than 12%.
