Finance Ministry: Almost 98% of local budgets approved in due time

"The process of approval of local budgets of all levels for 2019 is ongoing. 8,331 local budgets of all levels or 97.5% of their total number have been approved in due time, including all 24 regional budgets, the budget of Kyiv city, 137 budgets of cities of regional importance (92.6%), 445 district budgets (95.6%), 691 budgets of united territorial communities (88.4%), 17 budgets of districts in the cities of regional importance (63.0%), 136 budgets of towns of district significance (95.1%), 374 budgets of small towns (97,7%), 6,506 budgets of villages (99,0%)," the Finance Ministry press service reports.

The largest number of budgets was approved in Kharkiv region (99.8%), Vinnytsia region (99.7%), Mykolayiv region (99.6%), Sumy region (99.4%), Luhansk region (99.4%) and Lviv region (99.0%).
