Land lease rights worth almost UAH 15 mln sold via SETAM in 2018

179 electronic auctions for the sale of land lease rights for a total sum of more than UAH 14.6 million were conducted via the state-owned electronic platform OpenMarket (State Enterprise SETAM) in 2018.
The press service of the SE SETAM of the Justice Ministry of Ukraine told this to an Ukrinform correspondent.
“OpenMarket (SE SETAM of the Justice Ministry of Ukraine) held 179 land auctions and as a result UAH 14,603,811 was received,” reads the report.
A total starting sum of lots was UAH 6.432 million.
The press service of the enterprise noted that the auctions were held on the special site land.setam.net.ua. A total of 438 auctions (including those with open registration) have been registered.
Land sales are traded solely with the use of the modern Blockchain technology, which eliminates any manipulations and corruption risks.
