Zakarpattia region among top 5 Ukrainian regions with high level of investment efficiency

This was reported by the press service of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration.

"Zakarpattia region is among the TOP 5 regions of the country with a high level of investment efficiency. The EuroRating credit rating agency published the relevant data after studying the indicators of investment efficiency of regions formed on the basis of data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the Employment Service and other official sources," the report reads.

The main criteria for determining investment efficiency included capital expenditures per capita, foreign investments and construction works performed during the relevant period.

In addition, the agency studied the dynamics characterizing both investment activity in the region and socio-economic impact of borrowed funds.

According to the consolidated indicators of the current year, Zakarpattia region received 182.75 points and entered the group with a high level of rating. In addition to Zakarpattia region, this group also included Odesa, Vinnytsa, Kharkiv and Volyn regions.
