Deposit Guarantee Fund extends liquidation of Bank Trust for one year

The Deposit Guarantee Fund of Ukraine has extended the term of liquidation of JSC Bank Trust for one year, the Fund’s press service reports.
“The Executive Directorate of the Deposit Guarantee Fund approved a decision on December 13, 2018, No.3346, to extend the terms of liquidation of JSC Bank Trust for one year, from December 30, 2018 until December 29, 2019 inclusive, in line with part two of Article 12, part one of Article 35, part five of Article 44, and part three of Article 48 of the Law of Ukraine on the individuals’ deposit guarantee system,” reads the report.
The Fund also extended the powers of Volodymyr Kuharev as the liquidator of JSC Bank Trust from December 30, 2018 until December 29, 2019, inclusive.
As earlier reported, the National Bank of Ukraine on December 6, 2016 issued a decision on declaring JSC Bank Trust insolvent.
