Agency on Corruption Prevention receives access to registry of State Fiscal Service

"The National Agency on Corruption Prevention and the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine have signed a protocol on the procedure for automated information exchange. This document envisages a new procedure for information provision by the State Fiscal Service to the National Agency from the State Register of individuals - taxpayers on individuals' incomes," reads the report.

The agency once again stressed that the launch of automated information exchange with 6 registries of the Justice Ministry, which contain a large amount of important information necessary to verify declarations, will be possible only after the adoption of draft law No. 7,276. As noted, automated information exchange is one of the key components of the logical and arithmetic control of declarations and provides for the exchange of information with 16 state registries.
