Russia's use of energy as weapon unacceptable - Perry

Russia is currently using the energy sector as a weapon, but such a position is unacceptable, U.S. Energy Secretary Rick Perry has said.
He was speaking at a meeting with representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine in Kyiv on Monday, November 12, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Russia's use of energy as a weapon is unacceptable," Perry said.
As reported, the United States strongly disagrees with the construction of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline and the second line of TurkStream, since Ukraine and Europe should not be hostage to the supply of energy from one source.
