SFGCU signs memorandum of cooperation with Chinese corporation

PJSC State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine (SFGCU) and China National Complete Engineering Corporation (ССЕС) signed a Memorandum of cooperation in the agriculture sector, the press service of the Ukrainian corporation reports.

The document was signed during China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai on November 6.

"The signing ceremony was attended by Deputy Agrarian Policy Minister for European Integration Olha Trofimtseva, Board Chairman of the Chinese National Machine Building Corporation SINOMACH Ren Hongbin, acting Chairperson of the Board of SFGCU Iryna Marchenko and President of CCEC Ms. Yang Jing. The Memorandum is aimed at laying the foundation for the implementation of priority projects in the agriculture sector of Ukraine," reads the report.

Iryna Marchenko said that the implementation of the Memorandum will allow SFGCU to increase volumes of grain trade, expand the range of grain trade and processing products in the People's Republic of China, including flour, flakes, muesli, cereals and feed to the People's Republic of China and third countries.
