Revenues from customs payments in October 12% higher than projected – State Fiscal Service

Revenues from customs payments transferred to the general fund of the state budget in October 2018 totaled UAH 35.6 billion, which is 12% higher the figures projected by the Finance Ministry, the press service of the State Fiscal Service reports.

“In October 2018, UAH 35.6 billion in revenues from customs payments were transferred to the general fund of the state budget, which is 12% higher the figures projected by the Finance Ministry. The budget additionally received UAH 3.8 billion,” reads the report.

According to the State Fiscal Service, average daily revenues from customs payments in October 2018 totaled almost UAH 1.8 billion, which is the largest amount of daily revenues in 2018. The sum grew by 23%, or UAH 333 million, from October 2017, and by 61%, or UAH 663 million, from October 2016.

The growth in average daily revenues from customs payments in 2018 has been observed over the past several months: almost UAH 1.7 billion in September, UAH 1.5 billion in August, and UAH 1.4 billion in July.
