Ukrnafta pays UAH 5.7 bln in rent for subsoil use in January-September 2018

“Since the beginning of the year, the rent from the company to the budgets of all levels for the subsoil use made up UAH 5.7 billion, of which UAH 285.2 million was transferred to local budgets. In September 2018, PJSC Ukrnafta transferred UAH 721.0 million in rent payments, including UAH 36 million to local budgets of various levels in line with the mechanisms for distributing rent for oil, gas and condensate production, stipulated in the legislation,” reads the report.

The biggest recipients of rent revenues over the reporting period were Sumy, Ivano-Frankivsk and Poltava regions.

According to the forecast, Ukrnafta is expected to transfer about UAH 6.4 billion in rent payments in 2018, including UAH 320 million to the budgets of regions, districts and communities.
