Heating and hot water tariffs may rise by 16% from December 1 - Reva

Tariffs for heating and hot water supply may grow by 16% from December 1, 2018, according to Social Policy Minister Andriy Reva.
“New natural gas tariffs will be put into effect on November 1, 2018. The procedure requires recalculation of utility bills for heating and hot water supply. This may be no earlier than December 1. According to my preliminary calculations, the increase will total 16%,” Reva told journalists, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers at an extraordinary meeting on October 19 supported the increase in natural gas prices for households by 23.5% from November 1.
