The Vice PM added that “in July of this year, Ms Bibeau initiated on behalf of Canada the launch of a new technical assistance project for Ukraine with a total budget of $30 million which will be aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises with an emphasis on increasing opportunities for female entrepreneurs.”
