Government allocates UAH 136 mln to pay off salaries to miners - Volynets

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has allocated UAH 136 million in budget funds to pay off salaries to coal miners.
Chairman of the Independent Trade Union of Miners of Ukraine, Mykhailo Volynets, wrote this on his Facebook page on October 4.
“We received information from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine that Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman had signed a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers on the allocation of UAH 136 million in budget funds to pay off salaries to miners," wrote the trade union leader.
He noted that these funds will be allocated in accordance with the law, which provides for amendments to the state budget of Ukraine until the end of the year and additional allocation of UAH 1.4 billion for the coal industry.
