Kubiv presents ‘Trade with Ukraine’ export brand

First Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv has presented Ukraine’s export brand under the slogan "Trade with Ukraine", which will help promote Ukrainian goods and services to international markets.

The presentation of the brand was held in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"Ukrainian products now can be easier to find, as we have developed an export brand based on the brand Ukraine Now, which was approved by the Government of Ukraine ... The export brand of Ukraine creates a stable emotional and visual connection between different sectors of the economy in order to unite different goods and services under a single visual concept and style," Kubiv said.

He added that the export brand expanded the opportunities for penetration of Ukrainian goods into the world markets.

"The mission of the export brand is to create a powerful platform for building and strengthening positions of Ukrainian exporters in the world market," Kubiv said.

According to the minister, the creation of the brand "does not cost a single hryvnia for the Ukrainian budget".

At the same time, Managing Director of the EBRD Financial Institutions Department Francis Malige noted that the project cost EUR 50,000 and "this is the EU funds."
