Liquidation of Commercial Bank Ukrainian Financial World extended

The Deposit Guarantee Fund of Ukraine has extended the term of liquidation of PJSC Commercial Bank Ukrainian Financial World, the Fund’s press service reports.
“Under point 2 of Part 5 of Article 12, Part 1 of Article 35, Part 5 of Article 44, Part 3 of Article 48 of the Law of Ukraine “On Individuals' Deposit Guarantee System,” the Executive Directorate of the Deposit Guarantee Fund approved a decision as of September 3, 2018, No.2430, to extend the term of liquidation of PJSC Commercial Bank Ukrainian Financial World for one year, from November 13, 2018 until November 12, 2019 inclusive,” reads the report.
As reported, the National Bank of Ukraine in November 2014 approved a decision to revoke the banking license and liquidate PJSC Commercial Bank Ukrainian Financial World.
