Ukraine expects a record corn crop this year.
"We expect a record corn crop. We’ve had many expected records this year, but the weather constantly makes some adjustments. We’ll see what happens with corn crop. However, I think the crop will be as expected, " First Deputy Agrarian Policy and Food Minister of Ukraine Maksym Martyniuk said while signing the Memorandum of Understanding for 2018/19 MY with representatives of professional associations of grain market participants, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
According to him, more accurate information on the crop volume will be known on September 29.
