Ukrgasbank issued over UAH 1 bln of loans to population in January-July 2018

In January-July 2018, JSB Ukrgasbank issued over UAH 1 billion of loans to the population for the purchase of new housing, vehicles and installation of energy-saving equipment, the bank’s press service reports.
"Over the first seven months of 2018, Ukrgasbank issued over UAH 1 billion of loans to the population for the purchase of new housing, vehicles or installation of energy-saving equipment," reads the report.
The bank noted that about 20% of the total portfolio is loans issued for the energy saving equipment, domestic solar stations and heat pumps, which will allow Ukrainians to save energy and be energy independent. Also, about 25% of loan funds were issued to clients to improve housing conditions in the framework of the state housing credit program.
