State Fiscal Service: UAH 125 bln transferred to local budgets in 2018

In January-July 2018, UAH 125 billion was transferred to local budgets, which is UAH 23 billion more compared to the same period of the last year, according to the State Fiscal Service.
"In January-July 2018, UAH 125 billion (surplus) was paid to local budgets. Compared to the corresponding period of the last year, revenues grew by 22.6%, or UAH 23 billion. In the first seven months of 2017, UAH 101.9 billion was transferred to the budgets of territorial communities,” reads the report.
The State Fiscal Service also noted that local budgets in July 2018 received almost UAH 19 billion, which is 22%, or UAH 3.4 billion more than in July 2017. In January-July 2018, tax and personal income tax contributions to the consolidated budget amounted to UAH 125.6 billion, which is 24.7%, or UAH 24.9 billion more than last year's revenues.
