Ukrtransgaz to spend UAH 13 bln for development of gas storage

A plan for the development of PJSC Ukrtransgaz’s gas storage facilities for the period of 2018-2027 envisages the attraction of financing for a total amount of UAH 13.06 billion.
This was reported by the press service of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities of Ukraine.
"Ukraine’s National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities approved the plan for the development of PJSC Ukrtransgaz’s gas storage facilities for 2018-2027, which provides for planned sources of financing for a total of UAH 13.062,672 excluding VAT," the report reads.
In particular, UAH 1.045 billion will be spent on the implementation of the program in 2018, UAH 4.15 billion - in 2019-2020, and UAH 7.87 billion - in the period from 2021 to 2027.
Among the sources of financing are depreciation charges, profit on capital investments, as well as attracted or borrowed funds.
