Regional Development Ministry to settle rental market in Ukraine – bill

The Ukrainian Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities is working on a draft law on the settlement of rental market in Ukraine.
Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Lev Partskhaladze wrote this on his Facebook page.
"The Regional Development Ministry is drafting a bill that, in our opinion, will help create an efficient rental market in Ukraine," he wrote.
According to the official, more than 70% of rental housing in Ukraine is in the shadow, and the market itself is not controlled.
Partskhaladze is convinced that the settlement of the rental market will help solve the housing problem of many Ukrainians to a greater extent.
