Cabinet appoints commissioner for public debt management

On July 26, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Yuriy Butsa from the post of Deputy Finance Minister for European Integration and appointed him as government commissioner for public debt management.
This is reported by the Finance Ministry of Ukraine.
According to the ministry, Butsa being on the post of government commissioner for public debt management will work on the issues of commercial foreign borrowing, macro-financial assistance from the EU and financing under the World Bank guarantees.
Butsa was appointed Deputy Finance Minister in May 2016.
