Energy Efficiency Fund officially registered as state agency – Zubko

Vice Prime Minister - Minister for Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Hennadiy Zubko wrote this on Twitter.

"Today, the state agency Energy Efficiency Fund of Ukraine has been officially registered as a legal entity and the corresponding entry has made in the United State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations,” the official wrote.

The press service of the vice prime minister later informed that Yulia Holovatiuk-Unhurian was appointed Acting Director of the Energy Efficiency Fund.

As reported, on June 8, 2017, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on the Energy Efficiency Fund, which defines legal, economic and organizational principles for the creation and activities of the Fund.

On July 20, 2017, President Petro Poroshenko signed the law.
