Poland’s state-owned Industrial Development Agency (ARP) bought back Gdańsk Shipyard (Stocznia Gdansk) and GSG Towers company from Ukrainian oligarch Serhiy Taruta.

"The signing of all the documents was completed on Thursday evening," Spokeswoman for the ARP Ilona Kachniarz told an Ukrinform correspondent.

According to her, Taruta personally participated in conclusion of transaction.

As noted, the Polish Industrial Development Agency bought from Taruta 81.05% of shares in Stocznia Gdansk and 50% of shares in GSG Towers and now owns 100% of the shares of both companies.
