Antonov signs agreement with Boeing subsidiary

The Antonov State Enterprise and Aviall Services Inc., a subsidiary of The Boeing Company, have signed an agreement on cooperation in aircraft production, according to a report posted on Antonov's page on Facebook.
"On July 17, 2018, at Farnborough International Airshow 2018, Oleksandr Donets, President of Antonov Company, and Eric Strafel, CEO of Aviall Services, Inc., a subsidiary of The Boeing Company, signed a General Terms Agreement (GTA) on cooperation for after-sales support and manufacturing of the upgraded aircraft of the An-148, An-158 and An-178 family," the report says.
The agreement foresees that within this cooperation, Aviall Services, Inc. will support supply chain, procurement and delivery of vendor items on behalf of Antonov to support the production of the mentioned newest aircraft and to provide further after-sale support.
