Ukraine to be presented at China International Import Expo 2018

This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.

"Ukraine is preparing to present its national and collective stands at the China International Import Expo 2018, the first international import exhibition in China, which will be in Shanghai in the autumn. The exhibition will become a gateway to China’s multi-billion dollar market, which plans to import products worth $10 trillion in the next five years," the report reads.

The Ukrainian delegation led by Head of the Export Promotion Office under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Mariana Kahaniak visited Beijing and Shanghai in order to prepare for Ukraine's participation in the first China International Import Expo 2018.

The CIIE, a major event organized by the Chinese Government to promote a new round of high-level opening-up, will be held in Shanghai from November 5 to 10, 2018. The expo that includes exhibitions and forums provides a platform for trade and services and offers opportunities for closer international cooperation.
