Ukrtransnafta pays UAH 1.6 bln in dividends for 2017 to Naftogaz

PJSC Ukrtransnafta paid UAH 1.605 billion in dividends for 2017 to its shareholder – NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, the company’s website reports.
"NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, the sole shareholder of PJSC Ukrtransnafta, took a decision on April 26, 2018 on the payment of dividends until June 15, 2018, based on the results of the company's financial and economic activity for 2017. Adhering to its obligations, Ukrtransnafta on June 12, 2018 paid dividends in the amount of UAH 1.605 billion to the shareholder," reads the report.
It is noted that the amount of dividends makes up 75% of the company's net profit for the previous year. The net profit of Ukrtransnafta in 2017 amounted UAH 2.139 billion, which is an absolute record for the whole period of the company's work.
