Ukraine’s export to Netherlands increased by 62% last year

In 2017, the export of goods and services from Ukraine to the Netherlands amounted to more than $1.8 billion and grew by 61.7% compared to 2016.

The press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine informed this on its Twitter page.

"The trade turnover between Ukraine and the Netherlands amounted to $2.5 billion in 2017 and grew by 45% compared to the previous year. The export of goods and services from Ukraine to the Netherlands in 2017 was more than $1.8 billion and grew by 61.7% compared to the previous year," the report reads.

The Economic Development Ministry notes that the Netherlands is the second largest foreign investor in Ukraine. As of January 1, 2018, the Netherlands invested in Ukraine almost $6.3 billion ($344.5 million was invested in 2017).
