IMF mission begins work in Ukraine

A technical assistance mission of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will visit the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine from May 16 to May 22, 2018 to study the state of the market for asset management in Ukraine, reads a report posted on the commission's website. 

According to the report, the mission will consist of experts from the IMF Monetary and Capital Markets Department, Eija Holttinen and Richard Stobo.

IMF experts will examine the state of the asset management market and the legislative and normative base regulating this segment.

During the visit, they will hold a number of meetings with representatives of the market for asset management, self-regulatory organizations and state authorities, the commission said.
