Ukraine doing without Russian gas for 900 days already

Ukraine has not been delivering gas from the Russian Federation for 900 days.
"Today marks 900 days since the historic moment when Ukraine began to use the opportunities for doing without gas imports from the Russian Federation," the press service of PJSC Ukrtransgaz posted on Facebook.
As reported, Ukraine made an attempt to resume gas supplies from Russia in February as, in accordance with the ruling of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, we are obliged to buy 4-5 billion cubic meters of gas from Gazprom annually. Gazprom, in turn, refused to resume gas supplies to Ukraine on March 1, 2018. The Russian company returned an advance payment of $127.624 million made by Naftogaz.
