"All the companies will have independent supervisory boards. We already conduct a competition for a supervisory board for the Ukrzaliznytsia Ukrainian Railways. If there is no supervisory board, no one will look after the company's management and they will be able to do anything they want," Groysman said at the Cabinet’s meeting on Thursday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
According to him, the Ukrzaliznytsia, the Ukrenergorynok and the Ukrposhta currently expect the creation of the supervisory boards in the near future.
The Ukrainian Prime Minister believes that such a type of control will significantly improve the efficiency of the companies.
