Kyiv International Airport sees a 57% rise in passenger flow in March

Igor Sikorsky Kyiv International Airport served 155.7 thousand passengers in March 2018, which is 55.6% more compared with the same period last year (99.4 thousand), the airport’s press service reports.

The number of passengers served on international flights totaled 149.4 thousand (92.8 thousand in 2017), domestic flights – 6.3 thousand (6.6 thousand in 2017).

The number of flights in March 2018 included 1,975 both arrivals and departures, which is 29.8% more compared with the same period in 2017 (of which, there were 1,611 international flights and 364 domestic flights).

The most popular international directions in March 2018 were Dubai (UAE), Minsk (Belarus), Ankara (Turkey), Warsaw (Poland), Budapest (Hungary), Memmingen (Germany), Rome (Italy). Among domestic flights, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia and Lviv were in lead.
