Kyiv’s industrial enterprises bring over 5 bln to budget

Industrial enterprises of Kyiv have brought more than UAH 5 billion in revenues to the city budget.

This is reported by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration with reference to deputy chairman of KCSA Dmytro Davtian.

"Currently, 763 industrial enterprises operate in Kyiv. The total sales volume for manufacturer’s prices over the past year amounted to UAH 172.9 billion (up by UAH 24.6 billion or 16.6% compared with 2016). The city budget’s proceeds from Kyiv’s industrial enterprises Kyiv in 2017 amounted to UAH 5.1 billion (up by 59.4% or 1.9 billion compared with January-December 2016.) That is, the industry is slowly rising," the KCSA deputy chairman said.

He added that in 2017 there had been an increase in production in five of the nine industries in Kyiv: textile manufacture, production of clothing, leather, chemical products, rubber and plastic products, other non-mineral products.
