Poroshenko signs law on simplification of oil and gas production

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the law on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine on simplification of some aspects of the oil and gas industry.
This is reported by the press service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The lawmakers adopted the law on simplification of oil and gas production on March 1.
The law aims to simplify the bureaucratic procedures for obtaining the right to use land for oil and gas companies and to prevent the negative economic consequences caused by the imperfection of the procedure for the provision of land plots for the construction of pipeline transport facilities, oil and gas wells.
