Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said this during a Government Question Hour meeting on Friday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"We need to solve two problems simultaneously and find a balance. Number one: to resume the work of all chemical enterprises that produce mineral fertilizers in the country. Number two: to provide our farmers with needed mineral fertilizers for the spring sowing campaign,” he said.
He also stressed that there must be no unjustified rise in prices for agricultural products during the spring sowing campaign.
"This doesn’t require a government’s decision; this requires the consideration by a special commission that will decide on anti-dumping positions on mineral fertilizers. Its meeting will be held on March 26," the prime minister added.
