EBRD allocates EUR 25.9 mln for solar power plants’ construction in Vinnytsia region

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has allocated EUR 25.9 million for the construction of three solar power plants in Vinnytsia region.
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko wrote this on his Facebook page.
"The EBRD has allocated EUR 25.9 million for the construction of three solar power plants in Vinnytsia region,” Poroshenko wrote.
According to him, this project is another step towards Ukraine’s energy independence. Poroshenko also added that this would also create new jobs for 350 people, who would be employed at the construction, and for another 15 people, who would be employed at servicing the plants.
