“Due to the powerful development in recent years, Nova Poshta intends to open 1,000 new departments in 2018 [at present the company has 2,350 departments], of which 115 will be with self-service zones equipped with automatic parcel terminals," Klimov said.

According to him, among innovations that soon will be available is an updated convenient design of the mobile application.

In addition, more efficient operational processes will ensure the same-day delivery throughout Ukraine: "When you send a parcel before 12.00, delivery will be made within the city on the same day".

In 2017, Nova Poshta delivered more than 145.8 million items, which is 33% more than in 2016. The company also set a daily record and delivered over 1.3 million items on December 26.
