NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine intends to deliver 264 million cubic meters of gas to Moldova and EU countries on March 3, the company’s press service reports.

“The Ukrainian gas transportation system continues to provide transit of Russian gas to European consumers, despite systematic violations by the Russian side of contract pressure standards in the system," reads a report posted on the company’s Facebook page.

In particular, on March 1, 257 million cubic meters of gas was delivered to the EU and Moldova, 265 million cubic meters – on March 1, and 264 million cubic meters of gas is expected to be supplied on March 3 (according to operational data).

"At the same time, Gazprom did not supply Naftogaz with 18 million cubic meters of gas, for which the company made a prepayment. This created a critical situation with gas supplies to the population of Ukraine," the company added.
