Maksym Libanov becomes new member of National Securities and Stock Market Commission

President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Maksym Libanov member of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine.

The relevant decree, No.48/2018, has been posted on the president’s website.

“To appoint Libanov Maksym Oleksandrovych member of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission,” reads the document.

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission is a state collective body, subordinated to the President and accountable to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The Commission conducts state regulation of the securities market. The Commission, as a collegiate body, consists of the chairman and six members appointed to office and dismissed by the President and whose term of office is six years.
