An annual financial growth is observed in Ukraine after the creation of united territorial communities.

Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Hennadiy Zubko said this during the round table regarding European dimension of Ukrainian reforms held at the House of Decentralization in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"The reform of decentralization is not about changes in the management system of the country or the delegation of financial powers, it is about changes in the management of a large European country ... Thanks to the support of the international partners and the U-Lead program, Ukraine has the opportunity to adopt the best experience of each European country," Zubko said.

He adds that Ukraine has the opportunity to adopt the experience of reforming the territorial structure from Poland, the reform of e-government from Estonia, the reform of various areas from Germany.

The meeting was attended by Christian Danielsson, the DG NEAR [Director-General for Neigbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations] of the European Commission, and Lilia Hrynevych, the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine.
