American-Ukrainian Industrial Investment Fund created in USA

Engineer, entrepreneur, inventor and head of the Worldwide Aeros Corp Igor Pasternak is creating a U.S. American-Ukrainian Industrial Investment Fund.
He informed this on his Facebook page.
"New challenges require new approaches. We are creating a U.S. American-Ukrainian Industrial Investment Fund," Pasternak wrote.
He explains that the priority area of the new fund will be "joint projects and developments in the Ukrainian defense and space sector."
According to him, CEO of Ukroboronprom Roman Romanov has already received an offer to become a member of the research council of the fund.
"Considering both the extreme interest of American businesses and investors and the four-year complicated but successful experience of Ukrainian partners in the real war conditions, this will be an ambitious and successful project," Pasternak stressed.
