Ukraine’s local budgets to receive 100% of proceeds from single tax paid by farmers

In 2018, Ukraine’s local budgets will receive 100% of proceeds from the single tax paid by the agricultural producers as well as 5% of rental payments for subsoil use for oil, gas and gas condensate production.

Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine Hennady Zubko posted this on his Facebook page.

"There are some innovations regarding the local budget revenues: they will receive 5% of rental fees for the use of subsoil for oil, gas and gas condensate production. The rental fees will be credited in the following amounts: 3% to the budgets of the cities of regional significance and of the unified territorial communities, 2% - to the regional budgets, 2% - to the district budget, 1% - to the village and town (towns of regional significance) budgets. In addition, starting from this year, the local budgets will receive 100% of proceeds from the single tax paid by the agricultural producers," Zubko wrote.
