Government simplifies procedure of issuing permits for special water use

The relevant decision was approved at a government meeting on December 13, the government’s press service reports.

The government simplified the procedure of issuing permits for special water use, the regulation on the State Water Resources Agency regarding the settlement of the procedure of issuing such permits, as well as the procedure of the development and approval of standards for the maximum allowable discharge of pollutants and the list of pollutants, the discharge of which is to be rated.

The adopted changes will not lead to an increase in expenditures from the state budget.
