PM Groysman says gas prices for population could be reduced in 2-3 years

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has said that the price of natural gas for the population could be decreased in two or three years.
He said this at a government meeting on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Ukrgasvydobuvannya should increase the extraction of Ukrainian gas. In 2020, we should forget about [gas] imports, and the price of natural gas for the population of Ukraine should be significantly decreased," Groysman said.
He also added that it is quite possible to achieve this in the medium term.
