ProZorro system helps Vinnytsia region save UAH 117 mln of budget funds

Ukraine’s ProZorro electronic public procurement system saved UAH 117 million of regional and district budget funds in Vinnytsia region in January-November 2017.
This has been reported by the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration’s department on information activities and communication with public.
“In January-November 2017, budget establishments, institutions, organizations, financed by regional and district budgets, conducted 18,672 purchases via the ProZorro system. Savings of regional and district budgets amounted to UAH 117 million, including UAH 43 million or 37% on purchases below the threshold,” reads the report.
According to the ProZorro website, the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration ranks third among Ukraine’s regional state administrations in terms of the number of electronic procurements conducted via the ProZorro system.
