Ukraine, China to sign Memorandum on energy efficiency cooperation – Zubko

Ukraine and the People’s Republic of China intend to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation on energy efficiency, renewable energy and alternative fuel types.
This was stated by Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Hennadiy Zubko.
"The signed Memorandum will create the legal framework for cooperation in the field of energy efficiency, energy saving and renewable energy sources, including providing support to investors and business entities in line with the current legislation," said Zubko.
As Ukrinform earlier reported, Ukraine and China cooperate in the agrarian and energy sectors, in particular on the technical re-equipment and modernization of the Melnykov coalmine, as well as actively implement infrastructure projects.
