Ukroboronprom announces audit tender worth UAH 130 mln

“To provide services for conducting strategic, operational, technological, financial, legal review (due diligence) for State Concern Ukroboronprom and its participants, improvement of the developed strategy for corporate and industrial restructuring of the concern, subordinate enterprises and companies, and support for the practical implementation of recommendations developed by experts,” reads the report.

State Concern Ukroboronprom on its website wrote that these measures are expected to contribute to receiving restructured assets that will be formed in several joint-stock holding companies, each of which will focus on certain defense industry sector and have an opportunity to enter capital markets.

“For the first time in Ukraine’s history, such a large-scale transformation of the state industrial association will be carried out, and the leading consulting company – consortium of world-class companies with a strong and effective operational experience in the field of defense industry will be engaged. Ukroboronprom established a Tendering committee to select the international consulting company using ‘competitive dialogue’ procedure,” reads the statement.

Ukroboronprom also noted that the concern continues one of the main stages of Ukroboronprom reform – “a complex transformation, including international audit and strategic consulting in line with the world’s best practices”.
