Debt of enterprises and industrial consumers to Naftogaz decreased by 1.3%

The total debt of enterprises and industrial consumers to NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine for consumed natural gas decreased by UAH 359 million compared with the previous week, the Naftogaz press service reports.
“As of October 31, 2017, the total debt of enterprises of local heating companies, thermal power plants and direct industrial consumers to NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine amounted to UAH 27.6 billion. Comparing with the previous week, the amount of debt decreased by UAH 359 million (1.3%),” reads the report.
The debt of enterprises of local heating companies and thermal power plants for natural gas used for generating heat made up about 78% of the total debt, the debt of thermal power plants for natural gas used in electricity generation amounted to about 12%, the debt of direct industrial consumers – about 10%, the company reported.
