Project for modernization of water supply system in Donetsk region being developed – Zubko

Deputy Prime Minister - Minister for Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine Hennadiy Zubko said this at a briefing in Toretsk, the press service of the Donetsk Regional Military and Civil Administration reports.

"Today, a program has been presented that gives an opportunity to build the second water pipe, which will be able to provide alternative supply to such cities as Avdiivka, Toretsk or Mariupol. We need to search for funds in the budget in order to fully provide the Donetsk region with water supply in three years," Zubko said.

During the conversation with journalists, the minister has noted that the project for modernization of the water supply system in Donetsk region is being developed as a strategy for 2017-2020. He suggested that for these purposes funds from international partners could be attracted.
